FAQ: Order Process & Returns

SHOE MAKING PROCESS

Clients are to expect first fitting to be ready within 4-6 weeks from point of booking. Upon proper fitting, shoe construction will begin. Completed shoes will be delivered within 3-4 months. We believe that although our process is an investment in time, the beauty and value of every pair of our hand made bespoke shoes is well worth the wait. 

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit when placing an order and the remainder of the payment when your shoes are finished. You will have 10 business days for pick up upon completion of your shoes, if you are not able to make it we are happy to hold your shoes for the length of time you need but we will debit your account for the outstanding amount upon completion.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will gladly provide an exchange, refund within 14 days of purchase , provided that the items haVE not been used or haVE not been destroyed in any way. Please note all shipping costs for returns and refunds from online purchases will be paid and are the responsibility of the client.

ORDER AND DELIVERY

Once we've processed your order and its status is "Complete", we will send you a tracking number to the email address provided on your order. If for some reason you don't receive this notification, please check your spam folder before contacting hello@peterfeeney.ca Any orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following week. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. Peter Feeney Bespoke Footwear is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier or customs agencies.

Please note: Peter Feeney Bespoke Footwear does not send to P.O. boxes at this time. All orders are subject to a signature upon delivery. 

COLOURS AND MONITOR DISPLAYS

Please remember that the nature of genuine leather means that some hides will vary  from the next. Please also note that there will sometimes be a very slight variation in  shade that shows on each computer monitor. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when placing your order. We do our absolute best to photograph the true colour  of the products in the very best possible lighting to give you the truest idea of what the  end product will look like. 

OUR WARRENTIES

 We warrant that all Goods will conform to the descriptions set out on this site or in other Peter Feeney information, publications or materials and that the Goods will be of satisfactory quality and be reasonably fit for all the purposes  for which Goods of that kind are commonly supplied. - All other warranties are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded  from any Contract made under these terms of sale. -We will not be liable for or in connection with any defect or deterioration  in Goods caused by or arising from: (a) fair wear and tear; (b) damage to the Goods caused by you or any third party (other than third  parties under our control), whether deliberately or by accident; (c) use of the Goods other than in the manner instructed or recommended by us or the manufacturer; or (d) any alteration or repair made to the Goods without our prior written approval.
